REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Please note we only provide Exchange/Refund if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item please contact our customer service team at themoonchildclothing@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving the item, with the following:
- Order ID
- Video of opening the product from the original packaging.
- Image of the product
- Reason of Return/Exchange
- Proof of purchase
- Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The item will go through a quality check by our team and will be further approved or declined.
Once the problem is confirmed, we will schedule a pick-up from our end and will need the item in its original packaging. (Including the shipping label)
Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange/refund process within 7-10 business days.
Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
